I made some savoury and some sweet pancakes - all Slimming World friendly, of course. And I made three fillings to serve them with.

Ingredients
1 can crab meat, drained
75g quark
dill
salt and pepper
Method
Mix the ingredients. Spread on pancakes as desired.

Savoury: Smoked bacon, spinach and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients
6 rashers smoked bacon, all fat removed, grilled and chopped
2 pieces frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed to remove the excess water
15 cherry tomateso, quartered
75g quark
Method
Mix the ingredients. Spread on pancakes as desired.

1 tub Mullerlight toffee yoghurt
1 tsp cocoa
