Farfalle Zebra

I’ve always wanted to buy a pack of black and white stripy pasta. It’s just so cool – it’s black AND white. And stripy!

I bought mine at our local Dobbies – they have a food court – but it’s sold in lots of other places too. The Magia Bianca pasta is made by Antonio Marella in the province of Bari in Southern Italy.

I cooked the pasta, tossed it in a spray of olive oil, and mixed in black pepper, dried basil and passatta. Simple and tasty.
