This recipe worked out really well. It was really east to do and tasted superb. The original recipe didn’t call for a rice cooker, making life easier if you don’t have one.
Everyone really loved the rice, so definitely one I’ll repeating.
4 cups basmati rice, washed well
2 onion, chopped
2 clove of garlic, chopped
1 cinnamon stick
4 cardamom pods
2 tbsp fennel seeds
