Midweek stew – chicken, leek and beans

Another midweek stew is in the slow cooker.

This one has: eight pieces of chicken (leg and thighs), browned; a red onion, chopped; a leek, chopped; and a packet of green beans.
I sprinkled herbs de Provence liberally over (probably 3 tsp), a pinch of salt and some cracked black pepper.
And, finally, 400ml chicken stock.
