Ragu, slow cooked (and soon to become lasagne)

In a mega rush this morning. Chucked all this stuff in the slow cooker to make a ragu:
1 onion, chopped
2 courgettes, chopped
1 punnet mushrooms, sliced
3 large cloves garlic, crushed
1 carton passata with basil
1 carton tinned toms with basil
100ml water and a splash or two of wine

Then I made lasagne-nom.
