Cheery cherry choc mousse

Firstly, apologies I didn’t get an actual picture of this dessert, but it was so scrumdiddlyumptious that I wolfed it down. And only then thought y’all might like to know about it.

One day I may be clever enough to get a recipe with measurements etc, but for now this will do…

Cook some stoned cherries in brandy and sugar until soft. Pour in to the requisite number of glasses or dishes.

Melt White chocolate in a small pan with a small amount cream. Whip the test of the cream. Fold in the White choc cream. Spoon this in to the glasses/dishes. Chill.

Greater dark choc on top before serving.
