My first Christmas lunch this year was at Kerchers, Perth. Probably one of my favourite restaurants. Definitely one of hubbie’s fave eating places – I went without him, he’s not happy…
It’s mostly a fish and seafood restaurant but they have other excellent options – normally one vege and one meat. Everything I have ever eaten here has been fabulous.
The appetiser was a crab and salmon mousse on an oatcake.
Starter was three salmon terrine (smoked, poached and gradvalax).
Main was monkfish and scallops.
A good day…
The service is great – the head waiter is super. The setting is nice. The chef is a genius. Full marks from me.
