A little more interesting than just olives

These two nibbles were both based on stuffed olives:
– garlic stuffed olives wrapped in a basil leaf
– pimento stuffed olives stuffed a wee peppadew pepper
Both were secured using a cocktail stick.

Many thanks to Jill and Stuart for inspiring these nibbles! Their recipe had a garlic stuffed olive, in a peppadew pepper, wrapped in a basil leaf – looked delish. But I can’t eat peppers, and my father cannot eat garlic – hence the variation.
