Smoked salmon pate

Smoked salmon makes an easy pate – for an entree, a starter or as part of a light lunch.

200g smoked salmon
300g quark
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Juice of half a lemon

Blend in a food mixer or with a hand blender. Add more lemon juice to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve in small bowls with crudités as an entree.
