We started with a massive bowl of fruit salad – melon, pineapple, blueberries and grapes. Served with fat free Greek yoghurt and orange blossom honey.

French toast, or eggy bread, couldn’t be simpler: dip slices of bread in beaten egg, and fry.
I used Hovis Nimble wholemeal bread – two slices of this bread are a Healthy Extra on Slimming World. Thick slices of a white bloomer are delicious made in to eggy bread!
The French toast was served with smoked bacon. I had a little maple syrup with mine, but the other firm favourite it tomato ketchup.
Slimming World Syns: as long as you use the bread as a Healthy Extra, the only Syns are the condiments.
