Neep and tattie logs

This evening I put our leftover neeps and tatties fromto good use – potato logs with a twist. And they were super duper! The neeps (swede, aka rutabaga) added a sweet and spicy taste to thelogs, and a nice bit of colour too.

The logs were coated in Crackerbreads again (plain this time, rather than wholemeal). And I squirted some Fry Light on the top so they browned up nicely.
