Tomato, bacon and garlic stuffed mushrooms

These stuffed mushrooms are a hearty dish (either as a side, or as a main meal), and Syn free on Slimming World.

Trim the fat from a couple of pieces of bacon. Chop into small pieces and fry for a couple of minutes in a non-stick pan (with some Fry Light). Add three cloves of garlic, crushed, and fry briefly. Add 75ml of tomato passata and heat through until beginning to reduce. Fill two large mushrooms with the mixture. Put the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish and cook at 180 degrees Centigrade until cooked through.
