What happened to the lamb meatballs

Or, more correctly, what should have happened to the lamb meatballs…

The meatballs should be browned in a large frying pan, the fat drained, and put in a casserole dish. Add the tomato sauce. Put the lid on the dish and put in the oven at about 200 degrees Centigrade for at least 30 minutes (or until the meatballs are cooked through).

Mix the sauce and meatballs through cooked spaghetti and served with lashings of Parmesan cheese.
