The other night I made an awesome prawn chowder. The original recipe had it served with a good dollop of mashed potatoes in it – and that’s how we had the leftovers tonight. And it was good, and filling too.
Needed more bacon. Next time I’ll cook the bacon – smoked, of course – with the spring onions at the beginning of the recipe, rather than sprinkling cooked bacon on at the end. I think that’d be more flavourful.
