I really could eat Slimming World roast potatoes every day. So I think I’ll try cooking different types of potatoes wig different spices and seeing what works. Tonight: new potatoes and smoked paprika (and a little cracked black pepper).
- New potatoes: chopped into chunks.
- Fry Light: sprayed liberally onto potatoes and roasting pan. Give the pan and potatoes a good shake.
- Spices: sprinkle over the potatoes, and give the pan a good shake.
- Roast for at least an hour in a hot oven.
