More ways with Slimming World chips: one pot chips, mushrooms, tomatoes and eggs

Apparently this is National Chip Week.

OK – you only need to say it once!!!!

Inspired by this Slimming World website recipe I decided to cook chips, shrooms (large) and toms (cherry) in one pan in the oven, and pop in a couple of eggs towards the end, then serve up with gammon.

Yum.
