Slimming World chocolate mousse

This is another delicious recipe I found on the Slimming World website and couldn’t resist. I’ve been trying to find a Slimming World dessert recipe that tasted good – too much sweetener and/or gelatine doesn’t do it for me. This one is super simple, and very low Syns. And it tastes really good – chocolatey, sweet and indulgent. I tried this recipe with the dark chocolate Cadbury’s Highlights – and it was very good indeed.

Top Tip: give it a really good whip!

Slimming World Syns: this recipe serves four and has 0.5 Syns per serving on all options.

Ingredients
100g pot of quark skimmed milk soft cheese
500g pot fat free natural fromage frais
1 tbsp artificial sweetener
1 sachet Cadbury Highlights
Ground cinnamon

Method
Mix 400g of the fromage frais with the quark, sweetener and Cadbury’s Highlight. Mix well, divide between four glasses and chill until needed.

Top each mousse with a spoonful of fromage frais and a dusting of ground cinnamon (or grated chocolate – don’t forget to count the Syns!)
