Weekend lunch: tuna baked potato and salad

Hubby works most Saturdays so it means at lunch I get a chance to eat something he’s not too keen on: tuna is one of them.

I made up the tuna mayo with: one can tuna; one heaped tbsp lowest fat mayo; and one heaped tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt.

The salad was served with our regular balsamic dressing.

Slimming World Syns: the lightest fat mayo is 1/2 Syn per level tbsp. The Greek yoghurt, tuna and baked potato are Syn FREE.
