Tarragon and chicken pasta*

* The pasta was cooked by my wee brother. Chicken and tarragon is a great combo, and one I’ve cooked before. He used fresh flat parsley and fresh tarragon in the sauce, plus some onion, with cream. The pasta was Napolina’s Mafalda Corta, bought purely because it looked amusing!
