Baked potatoes: cooked for 6-8 minutes each in the microwave (we have one of those plastic microwave potato bakers) and finished off for 10 minutes or so in the oven to get them brown. Halved, buttered, and topped with beans and bacon.
Bacon: cooked on the griddle (more love for The Appliance) and chopped.
Beans: cooked until they get thick and gooey.
Note to self: Carménère not the best accompaniment to to baked tattie and beans…
