Steak is a great ingredient on Slimming World – Syn FREE (providing all visible fat removed) and very filling. We had ours with some yummy fresh vege – roasted or chargrilled – on the side. Healthy and filling. and tasty too.
Mini courgettes: sliced in half and chargrilled on the griddle for about ten minutes.
Vine tomatoes: drizzled with balsamic vinegar and sprinkled with cracked black pepper, and roasted in the oven for about ten minutes.
Portobello or large mushrooms: greased with Fry Light and seasoned with black pepper and Worcestershire sauce, and roasted in the oven for about ten minutes.
