A BBQ in March

The weather this week has been so super, so it was a treat to get a barbecue this weekend when having dinner at a friends’ place. An excellent array of barbecued food: sausages; burgers; sweetcorn; sweet potato; lamb, mushroom and red pepper kebabs; and marinated chicken. Favrouite accomaniments were mexicana cheese and a spicy raita sauce.
