This Sunday breakfast was just what I needed on a rare lazy day at home with little else to do. I did a similar breakfast a few weeks ago, and it was so simple, and delicious.
- new potatoes, halved
- two types of Debbie & Andrew’s sausages
- small portobello mushrooms
- three types of tomatoes: yellow plum toms, cherry plum toms and cherry toms on the vine
And seasoned with sea salt and cracked black pepper, and served with a fried egg on the side.
