Gammon, chips and roast vege

Tonight’s dinner was gammon (cooked on the griddle) with homemade chips and oven roasted vege: cherry tomatoes (cooked in balsamic), mini courgettes, and marge mushrooms (spiced with Worcestershire sauce).
