Avocado with Balsamic dressing: simples

There’s nothing as simple as an avocado, and nothing quite as delicious either.

Once you’ve bought avocados a couple of times you’ll get to know when they  are ripe. But suffice to say it should be soft, but not squishy. The one pictured was a little over-ripe, but still yummy.

To prepare, simply cut the avocado in half lengthways, and prise out the stone (if the avocado is ripe this should be easy!). Place the avocado half in a bowl and fill the centre with balsamic dressing.

Delicious. One half makes a good starter…
