I seem to collect recipes I never have time to try, so thought I should write about them instead, so at the very least I can have them to hand when (let’s face it: if) I ever get around to it (I already have a round tuit).
I didn’t make this double chocolate mousse cake myself, but my assistant did and was kind enough to bring some in to work. It was terribly good indeed. Nay: evil. Not really even cake, but firm enough to get away with the name. An absolutely devilish cake; absolutely divine.
