Take a thin slice of baguette. Top with a thin slice of goat’s cheese. Top with a slice of chorizo. Grill until the chorizo is cooked. Serve immediately.
The one pack of puff pastry. Roll out on a floured work surface until thin. Cut in half. Place prosciutto on top of on piece of pastry. Put the other piece of pastry on top, creating a prosciutto sandwich. Roll to press the sandwich togheter. Slice into thin strips. Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet. Cook the twists in a hot oven (180 degreesC) until puffed and browned – about 7 minutes.
