I seem to collect recipes I never have time to try, so thought I should write about them instead, so at the very least I can have them to hand when (let’s face it: if) I ever get around to it (I already have a round tuit).
I made a variant of a Stroganoff recipe the other day, and a friend posted me the link to this recipe. I like the fact it uses sirloin steak instead of mince – my usual preferred beef for Stroganoff. I usually serve it with pasta, but this recipe has it served with rice – I think (?) this is the more traditional accompaniment.
