Chicken roasted in a bag, with roasted garlic, shallots and mini new potatoes

Sunday lunch included chicken, roasted in a Baco roasting bag. Hubby had marinated it in a little oil and spices for an hour before placing in the bag. I’ve not used a roasting bag in ages, and the work really well: they keep all the yummy juices in and cut down on cooking time. And those yummy juices made a stupendous gravy; it was sensational!

Served up with roasted shallots, whole garlic and mini new potatoes.
