The morning after: a cooked breakfast

Well, I don’t think I need to explain about the point of a fry up the morning after a good night out! Much needed this weekend: to help recover from the night before; and to prepare for another night of celebrating!

I cooked up: sausages, bacon, eggs over easy, baked beans and mushrooms. In an attempt to make the sausages a bit more slimming friendly (I know, I know, but it made me feel better!) I cut them open and made the meat into patties (giving the fat more opportunity to escape).

I had sausages, beans and mushrooms, and my host had bacon and eggs on toast. Much needed to fuel us for the day ahead.
