We had some spicy bean burgers in the freezer (leftover from the barbecue the other weekend) and I thought it was about time I did something about them. So, I served them on bread rolls: one with Piri Piri mayo; and one with Reggae Reggae ketchup. Extra spice for the spicy bean burgers! I like to butter/ketchup/mayo/sauce both sides of the bun, for maximum moisture.
There were gherkins and lettuce inside the bun, and the burgers were topped with melted cheese (Edam, as it happens).
