Surprisingly delicious walnut and gorgonzola tortelloni

This intriguing tortelloni caught Hubby’s eye the other night. His thought was “Ug! Gross… Ems will love it.” And he was right! It was deliciously walnutty, and not too gorgonzola flavoured. It was truly delicious with a splash of olive oil, a sprinkle of freshly cracked black pepper, and some freshly grated Parmesan.

It is wonderful and we have a fave recipe involving chopped broccoli, peas and creme freche. Shame that Sainsburys have just cut it from their range and replaced it with the inexplicable raisin version.
