- cream of carrot soup – first time, loved it. Carrots and cream are both awesome and even better together.
- spicy filo prawns – these weren’t your regular prawns wrapped in filo pastry; somehow the pastry was spicy!
- turkey Schnitzel – I love Schnitzel, and the crumb of this dish was flavoured with rosemar: delicious. And it was served with cabbage – I’m not usually a fan, but coked in a certain way it reminds me of happy childhood meals.
I didn’t photograph my food (polite company and all that) but I did take this snap during our after dinner stroll around the beautiful Fort George.
