Snacks for the plane: indulging in Syn-ful treats

We eat alot and have no portion control (hence why Slimming World has worked so well for us both!) so I knew we’d need more food for the plane than we’d be offered on board.

Unfortunately for my waistline it’s not so easy to get healthy, Slimming World-friendly snacks that don’t need refrigeration. So after we’d exhausted the apples (the ultimate pre-packaged fast food) and cherry tomatoes we moved on to:
Alpen Light chocolate and fundge bars: the Slimming World equivalent are much better: more flavour, more goo, less bran and more substance
cashews and flame raisins: nuts and raisins are a favourite of mine, but I’ve been avoiding them while I’ve been on Slimming World in favour of other Syn-ful foods
– BBQ flavour llama-shaped snacks: who could resist? Llamas!!
Tesco’s own Pringles-like crisps: taste just like Pringles an equally moreish
