Something for the weekend: breakfast

We take breakfast very seriously in this house. Sausages are compulsory. More than one type of egg is not unheard of. And, well, it’s Scotland, so you have to have a tattie scone.

The cooking of all of the components is the hard bit, I find. Thank goodness for warming plates (a very low oven would also suffice).

In my mind, ketchup is essential.
