A Slimming World fry up

I love a fry up, but I especially love one without the guilt! This yummy Sunday breakfast kicked me in to shape for the day and was completely Syn free.

– scrambled eggs with chopped basil through it, cooked with a little Fry Light in a good non-stick pan
– baked beans
– cheery tomatoes cooked in a small pan in a little balsamic vinegar until a bit squishy
– mushrooms, sliced and cooked in Fry Light, a little water and a dash of Worcestershire, and cooked with the lid on until the shrooms are soft and juicy
– bacon, cooked on the griddle after having chopped off ALL the visible fat

A great start to the day!
