I used this BBC recipe, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. There was quite alot of faffing, and I’m not sure how you could simplify it or make ahead – but worth it, because it tasted great. Plus, I can now say I’ve made this classic dish.
I used Sainsbury’s Taste The Difference Dijon mustard with Provencal herbs – delicious. And we had some very nice Armagnac in the house, which added a little je ne se quois.
