Another yummy, creamy pasta sauce, this time with fusilli. Vegetables added to the sauce were: garlic, chopped onions, chopped carrots, chopped courgettes, and half a tin of tomatoes. For flavour I added a squeeze of tubed chilli and thai spices.

Tonight’s dinner was gammon (cooked on the griddle) with homemade chips and oven roasted vege: cherry tomatoes (cooked in balsamic), mini courgettes, and marge mushrooms (spiced with Worcestershire sauce).
